I've seen mention of YE data 8" drives several times in the CP/M newsgroup.
Perhaps a look at the archive will help you out. I can't imagine that this
has gone unanswered for the several years since the first mention I saw.
The mfg is still in business, so I'd hope some help might be forthcoming from
them as well, though they may be more difficult/intractible.
