Radio Shack (Was: STAPLES STORES WILL TAKE OLD COMPUTERS)
I tried that when I called TEAC. I wanted to ask a question about a DVD
player that I didn't own yet. They wanted my name, address, and phone
number becasue each call was "logged". They would even let me ask the
question until I gave them that info. I was tempted to hang up, but I
really wanted the DVD player. Now I wish I would have looked around a
little more, although, it still was a good deal on a good DVD player.
