Yup. But, IIRC, the real challenge of the v1.x days was getting
graphics to fly. Sort of tying in with another thread, There were damn
few stores where I would buy PC adapters then (95-96), because CrapUSA
and Worst Buy didn't grok my need to write down chipset & ramdac specs
to take home before I made a purchase. "Of course it's supported. RIGHT
THERE on the BOX! 'Windows95 certified!" Jeez. "Linux??? Is that a
game?"
