The card for the Scanjet 9190(A) carries an etched `88290-66511' in the
upper left hand corner - at least, the one I have does. The one for the
Scanjet+ 9195(A) purportedly carries an etched `88295-xxxxx' in the same
location, and will also, purportedly, work with either the 9190 or 9195
machines. There is also alleged to be an 88296 card that fits this same
category.
