I haven't looked lately, but I likely have a few of these. It might be useful
to you, however, as you are quite far away, to know that these devices are
pin-compatible with 2141's and 2147's, which may be more widely available.
The 2147's were faster parts, but very widely used, while the TMS 4044 was
strictly a T.I. number for the 2141/2147. One thing that makes them differ
from the 2114 type, aside from the word-width, is that they have separate D
and Q pins.
