I have a bunch of these--somewhere? They are pretty early, as I recall,
starting probably in the mid-70s and ending in the early 80s. It might
be really painful to find these, but if I do, I'll note it here.
If someone gets this one, I'd be willing to contribute a few bucks toward
the cost and to get a copy.
