Disneyland has other people to handle its security and cameras all over the
place. Many times I have seen people stopped and talked to at the exit of
the park. Basically my understanding is that you can't come back.

Someone posted the rules recently for stopping/arresting/holding a
shoplifter, I think in reference to the Fry's et al practice of snooping
your bags and marking the receipt as you leave the store, very strict.

Truth is my guess is that most theft is internal. I was talking to the
manager of a Pep Boys store, and he said they have even lost tires out the
front door.
