Not as long as they ship it priority mail, then they
are not.

Again, as long its shipped priority its ok. I often
just reuse a priority mail box without turning it
inside out, just tape it and plaster a new sticker on
it.

Why? If he bought them(?), I suspect he could use them
legally for anything he pleases!
