Try checking the belt - the most common problem with an RX02 is
the belt falling off. I did use a DSD 440 over 20 years ago, but I
can't remember if it also used a drive belt. However, from your
description that the drive spins, my suggestion probably will not help.

You are probably entering the code by hand. Somewhere, you have specified
a default unit of ZERO. If you have the code, one of us could probably change
the unit number for you.
