I returned it to the library just yesterday, so I don't know the
ISBN ;-)

There is at least one "IBM Journal of Research and Development" which deals
with the POWER-Architecture and two downloadable IBM Redbooks ("The Power3
Introduction and Tuning Guide" and "The Power4 Introduction...").
