The uV3100-9x all have the connectors for Q-bus
(and DSSI) but will not use them (AFAIK) until
you issue the console command that convinces
them that they are a VAX 4000-10x. Then you'll
need to wire up the connectort to a Qbus
expansion box. (The VAX 4000-10x case has a connector
on the back that connects to the expansion cab via
a suitable cable. Internally some sort of ribbon cable
connects the connector on the case to the MLB).

All these machines have an on-board ethernet
anyway, so unless you need a second (or even
thrid) ethernet, you really should use the
built-in one.
