SCSI options for PDP 11/23

Is it a /23 or a /23+? I'm not sure how the various controllers might
handle an 18-bit system vs. a 22-bit system. For RT-11 you need 5.x for
MSCP (disk) support and 5.4 for TMSCP (tape) support.

I run my /73 with a Viking QDT SCSI controller, and have a RRD-42 CD-ROM,
TZ30 Tape drive, and two SCSI HD's in removable trays attached to it. Works
great under both 5.4 and 5.6.
