Multiple floppies in one system?

  I haven't tried this yet, but maybe someone here has. Both my VS3100
m38 boxes have standard rx23 floppy drives on a SCSI-floppy adapter.
I've wondered if that interface is specific to the NCR5380 SCSI adapter
or if it would drive the rx23 on any SCSI bus.
