I can certainly agree with the installers issue...I had at least 3 younger
installer/repair guys out trying to fix a noise issue on a new line I had
installed. Bell finally sent out one of their most experienced repair
guys, and he fixed the issue permanently. The line he fixed is the most
clear phone line I've ever used.
