Ultrix 4.4 and VaxStation 3100

It's THE sore point of the netbsd/vax port and as long as nothing moves
there, vaxen go to the dump! So do the mipsen by dec.

The last I heard, NetBSD didn't support any sort of graphics console.
Not even as a text only console...
