What exactly is a MINC-11, and does anyone need one?

The floppies (IIRC) had different pulleys based on the power frequency.
I don't believe conversion was difficult.

I wish I had one, but I'm too far away and the wife wants me to clean up
the pile of stuff I've got at present.
