VT131 needs keyboard help

This won't help you get to the bottom of the mystery, but the TeleVideo
950 looks a bit like a VT100. It has the same "big round wedge" kind of
keyboard. I've never seen a keyboard diagram though, so I couldn't claim
the layout is the same.
