can someone ID a DEC board?

Good question, it's not in the "YET ANOTHER DEC MODULE LIST" at
ftp://zane.brouhaha.com/pub/ModuleList.txt either, which trys to contain all
the non-Unibus and non-Qbus boards.

I suppose it is possible that it belongs in a tape drive or some such.
