The seller is Swan Computers. This was up for
500UKP the other week and attracted no bids.
They also appear to have parted out a
VAX 8650 and a PDP-11/70 too. OTOH it seems
to be reasonably common practice when
acquiring the Nth large machine to strip
the useful bits (boards, cables, cab kits,
PSUs etc.) and ditch the cabinet to save
on storage costs. So maybe these boards
have been out of a machine for quite a
while now.
