contact eBay

 I've been using eBay over three years and have been
defrauded twice. While I'm not really looking for a rant
fest right now, what I Am looking for is an email address
for contacting someone appropriate for customer service
at eBay directly. Their website is obtuse enough in not
giving this out easily.
