I could understand that when they had the CD's in stock, they wouldn't
want you copying them and passing them around because they'd be missing
out on their $30/whack. But since they're not available, and they're not
taking the opportunity to collect your $30 and send you a $1 CD-R copy,
why would they care how much the CD gets passed around now?

it states that you can make *one* archival backup for
yourself of the Hobbyist media. I don't see anywhere that states that
you can copy that media for other hobbyists (which, admittedly, you
didn't claim it said you could do) nor do I see anywhere that states
that anyone else can
copy something for you.
