The Fairchild 9328 is a TTL/MSI Dual 8-bit Shift Register. I scanned the
first page and you can get it at:

The TIF scan is about 2.3 Mb, and the JPG is about 950K in size at 200
DPI. Besides the pinout, it shows the block diagram of the chip. If this
is too large for your connection, let me know and I'll see what I can do
to reduce it. Let me know when you have it so I can remove it from my
