Although I know Greg did not get this to work I compile SIMH quite
easily with Borland's BCC 5.5 complier available for free download from
Borlands (Inprise or is it back to Borland again?) site.

If you want to be bold, use the Intel compiler. It is freely distributed
for Linux systems and as a 30 day evaluation for Windows. SIMH really
buzzes when compiled with it.
