OT: old Matsonic MS-5015-S Motherboard Manual

Has anybody got the PDF of the manual for this Matsonic old-timer? I've
mislaid my CD that came with it way back when, and the Matsonic website seems
to be impenetrable. I'm looking for the USB connector pinouts since I have to
reconfigure an adapter ...

They sent me a manual, but I suspect the manual and the CD are in the same box
... somewhere ...
