I have not ever tried Fuzzball since RT-11 is obviously so much
more powerful, but I suspect that Ersatz-11 can also directly boot
Fuzzball since the primary boot program does not make the same
assumption that the DEC boot ROMs make.
Not positive, but I seem to remember that!
