Certainly is . . the IIc+ has a built-in ZipChip. That's they only
way they could handle the data output from the 3.5" drive. There was no
IIe+ because the IIgs was out at this time. Then mamagement pooh-poohed
the IIgs in favor of the Mac. And the rest is history now.
