The file at the URL you posted lists "Common Apple II Interface Card
Codes" for AppleWorks, presumably to set the card to print in 80 columns.
So the context from which the line above was drawn indicates that the card
is actually a Parallel printer interface.
The card listed after the PPC100 is another Tymac parallel interface.
