Hi Dan
 I'm not sure but it looks like it may be
a "Standard Bus" type board. I don't recall the
pin combinations but it looks like the same
form factor.
 There are a lot of different Standard Bus manufactures
and you should be able to get cards and back planes
easily. Count the pins and look the spec up on the
web and see if it looks the same.
