CP/M for the C-128 (was RE: A couple of firsts for me (Commodore))

It should be -- I don't think there's anything special with the disk, but
I would use a nibbler instead of a fast disk copy just to be sure.

Only version 3.0 Plus will work on the 128. The previous version 2.2 was
meant for the (ratty) C64 Z80 cartridge.
