Well, I'm visually impaired which makes some things (like soldering)
beyond my capabilities. It's not that I don't WANT to learn to solder, I
just can't do it. This made my life as a "ham" operator hard because I
always wanted some type of cable or this or that, and I always had to
get someone to make it for me. I can do a little hardware work, but
minimal. I can chage cards in computers, mount drives, and that kind of
thing.
