Fairly simple...
When you post to ccTech, (assuming it's on-topic) it gets passed on to
ccTalk shortly thereafter.
If you post off topic to ccTech, it's goes to /dev/null.
Messages sent to ccTalk stay in only ccTalk, and never see ccTech.
Currently, I am subscribed to both, so I do see messages duplicated.
But, I can easily have those filtered to a different folder than the
ccTalk messages. Or set my ccTech subscription to not deliver messages
to me.
That way, when I respond to something in my ccTech folder, I know it
will go back to that list...
