Yes, you're right. It's the fact they've got a really good marketing
department that makes the quality of their engineering irrelevant, be it good
or bad. If it weren't for that, there wouldn't have been a Detroit car sold
in the last 30 years. That marketing effort finds out to which factors the
public is most sensitive, and then they push on those buttons.
