I bought 6 of these chips about 8 or 9 years ago, IIRC. However I have
exhausted all of my resources to identify them at the moment.
I would like to know what they are. The numbers are:
IDT 7M624
S45C (Delta symbol)
8738G1
Pretty chip, 8 gold caps mounted on a large purple ceramic substrate. 40 pin
wide DIP. 7/8 inch by 2 7/16 inch in size, large like a 68000 but not as
long.
