2112's are 256x4, aren't they? they're the ones in the 16- or 18-pin package
aren't they?
They were quite slow, IIRC, but of the same class as the 2101's, 2102's, etc,
in that they were like 10 micron nmos 1Kbit srams with an access time of about
750 ns or more.
