TTi tape drives

I've had some trouble tracking down viable mfg's of SCSI hardware, since I've
developed a somewhat jaundiced view of ADAPTEC. For which busses is LSI
selling SCSI controllers? Since ADAPTEC bought SYMBIOS, and IBM acquired by
buying the company that bought them, I figured it was getting to be rather
slim pickings out there.

Qlogic makes some pretty popular LSI's for SCSI and other interfaces, but I
see few of them on the products in the shops.
