2708 Programming Algorithm?

CAREFUL NOW ...

I'm pretty sure that this is incorrect, and if you do that, you may damage the
parts involved. I did, an hour or so ago, post a URL to the 2708 datasheet.
However, I've not run into the 8748 evaluation board sheet that describes,
among other things, the 8708 as being a 5-volt-only version of the 2708.
Since it was a half-2716, it programmed like a 2716. That's not so important,
though, since the inquiry was about the 2708.
