 There are very real reasons for keeping the underpinnings
 free of complexity dumbfuckery.

 it would be the same as you using the dos shell builtin
 TYPE to spool off a raw device to a file, such as here to
 grab the original master image off a cdrom.

 the interfaces are have remained common sense
 and easy to use because it would be utter stupid
 and serve no use to do otherwise.

 I see if winblows cant do it, then its "primitive" .
