 Your the one that injected it,,, i use fact as metaphor
 on a different subject, its you that posted the politics

 Facts are, reality is, and im fond of logic, not emotion.

 Next time facts make you unconforatble, look for the error
 if you can find no error, then you must accept the facts
 and examine why you feel unconfortable.

 If you dont feel like contesting them, then let them go
 by, you have to chose, one way ot the other.

 If you must contest, or protest a metaphor, then perhaps
 you could do so off list, and in doing so, avoid the
 pot-kettle-black problem.

 the context you jumped into was about personel training
 issues, xxxx vs xxx interface bearing on that training
 and the general quality of the labor pool Richard had
 to deal with, but that wasnt your focus, now was it.
