Well, as it happens, I acquired a TRS-80 Model 100 just last week
(for free, in return for fixing a dead switch-mode power supply).
It has a very fine leather-effect case as well as Scripsit word
processing software on cassette.

Most people I've showed it to comment on how good the keyboard
is compared to a modern laptop. If it had had batteries in, no doubt
they'd have commented on how very poor the display is compared
to a modern laptop!
