DIP 256K x 4 bit chips are found on ancient 256K (two chips), 512K
(four chips) and 1M (eight chips) maybe 2MB (rare) from peecee video
cards, usually found in ISA or VLB video cards. Also there's late
models of 286 motherboards (1/3 baby AT) that still used sockets in
groups of fours maybe plus two smaller socket for parity instead of
simms. Make certain they're 20pin DIP ONLY.

Don't take 120ns and up chips. Marked as -12 or -10 Too slow for
laser I think.

Cheers,

Wizard
