I have been playing with the new list setup on a test list. I must admit, so
far I am extremely impressed. Mailman has a pretty fair number of anti-spam
features, moderation features, automatic bounce handling (end users will
probably never appreciate THAT part as much as I will). I'm giddy with the
new functionality :)

Moderating a list under majordomo is definitely more time-intensive than
mailman, no question there. Mailman is a bit lacking in it's support of
virtual hosts though - but for this setup that shouldn't be too much of a
problem. I will turn on a fair amount of filtering to keep spam out, plus,
non-member posts will automatically be flagged for approval first as a
failsafe for spam.

I'm not particularly thrilled with the archiving program (pipermail)
included in mailman, although, I believe it does support munging email
addresses in the archives. Of course, we could always make viewing of the
archives only available to list members, but it would be nice to make those
available to the public. Hummmm I'll think about that further.

Thanks for everyone's support.
