Arrgghhh... If only you'd said! I have some AUI-to-10-base-T
tranceivers that you could have had along with the keyboard
and stuff.

Shame, I've got some thicknet cable in the loft! But in fact, you
can fit AUI-to-thinnet transceivers and just use BNC cables. Which
is what I do at home.

I've heard of these, but never seen it done. Much simpler to use
transceivers, especially now that everybody's throwing them out
in favour of twisted-pair wiring.
