OT: PC<=>Mac connection sharing/VOIP

I've been wondering whether anyone on this list has had experience sharing a
cable or DSL connection on a PC with a Mac on the same network. I've also not
been able to find any references to doing voice over IP on the internet
between a PC and a Mac, even with the same brand of modem.

Has anybody here had experience with this? Please contact me off-list.
