Just to make an attempt to keep this on-topic,
as the list had been doing so well lately, I would
say that one of the motivating factors in collector's
minds is the price of the old systems, as compared to
today's scrap price. I do get a kick out of the
~$20K price of a Terak (in 1979 dollars no less) that
might sell for less than $10 today.
