I guess it depends on their availability there, but I've seen all of those
come out of Purdue Surplus, and could be had for $5 each. Of course, in
that case that's AS-IS. As far as ePay value, not more than $5, and only
that much if you're lucky.

Value always depends on how much the buyer wants the time and how much the
seller wants to get rid of it.
