 IIRC you're in northern Alberta. You might try one of the Alberta
Tech colleges (NATI ?) The better courses have workshops where
burning PCBs is taught and some teachers welcome a chance to
have their students practice the technique. I still have an 8-page
handout on doing it using "Resist" from my time at George Brown in
TO, which originated from Bishops Graphics, Inc I believe.
