I used to write kiddie games for the C-64 and Apple II, c. 1984-1985, for
a company called Software Productions. Our stuff was published by Reader's
Digest Software - "Micro Mother Goose", "Micro Habitats" and "Alphabet
Beasts and Company" were our top titles (as an aside, we also supported
the BBC Micro and eventually the IBM PC and PCjr, but I didn't work on
those products). We had one of those Apple II mouse cards. We even added
support to the "London Bridgeout" interactive part of MMG (it was a
simple "Breakout" clone).

So a) yes; it works with the Apple II, and b) I agree; you won't
find much Apple II software that supports it.

Somewhere, I have the card. Might be in an Apple II in the attic.
