160x120 pixels, 4 greyscales per pixel. You'd probably be able to get 32x16
or 24x10 depending on how readable you wanted the text to be.
FYI, O2 aren't the only company that sell these - Argos have the Cybikos for
?29.99, catalogue number 360/8605. Listed as "Colour may vary". Oh dear.
