Just a quick note of correction. As of V5.07, RT-11 DOCs
were switched to GREY Binders. If I remember correctly,
they were still ORANGE for V5.06, but that is not certain.
But for sure, they were still orange for V5.04G and almost
certainly still orange for V5.05 of RT-11.

NOTE: V5.06 DOCs of RT-11 and V5.07 DOCs of RT-11
are identical EXCEPT for the release notes in V5.07 which are
about an inch thick.
