Personally, I prefer PDF, as you can reproduce near original copies. Also,
that way you don't have to worry about OCR errors. Unless of course you're
OCR'ing, and then sending to PDF (which is a bad idea in my opinion, unless
the PDF also includes the non-OCR'd version).
